At Impoluxe, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at fair shipping rates. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your city or location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer due to courier schedules.

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we always try to minimize them.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the package.

  • In case of refusal or repeated failed deliveries, future COD orders may be restricted.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can use these details to check your parcel status on the courier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures as proof.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refund.

International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
